The building where “Locanda del Mare” was built is from 800's second half and is placed in a wonderful natural with historical surroundings. “Locanda del Mare” is a new structure. The common halls and all the rooms were completely rebuilt in the 2005. The architecture of our structures, with its originality, is the perfect flame of a top class service, staff politeness and of all comforts that we reserve to our selected guests.Locanda del Mare” has rooms with double, triple, quadruple tipologia and double single use.All the rooms have been recently rebuilt and offer a pleasant stay in a modern and warm ambient.Every room has:Bathroom,Phon,Safecse,Air conditioned & heating system,Phone,Internet,tv satellitari channels.The service includes:Room cleaning,Night receptionist,Baby buggy rent,Baby bottle warmer,Cradle,Use of small tools to cook(only for babies),Car park (with special fares),Restaurant/pizzeria (to payment).

Cancellation policy:
Cancellation performed after the 12:00 UTC (Rome: UTC+1) of 2 days before the check-in, will be amenable of a penality equivalent to the cost of the first night for each reserved room.
