GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Bed and Breakfast rooms are located on the first floor. Both rooms have a comfortable twin bed which can be made into two single beds on request (for those who are not couple). Breakfast is in the self service guest kitchen located at second floor, where you can have breakfast the way you like it.

Cancellation performed after the 12:00 UTC (Rome: UTC+1) of 2 days before the check-in, will be amenable of a penality equivalent to the cost of the first night for each reserved room.
