All are tastefully decorated with classic wood furniture and coordinated fabrics that recreate the comfortable atmosphere of the rest of the hotel's spaces. Hotel Gioia's services are distinguished for their solicitude and professionalism and make it the ideal solution for those traveling for both business or pleasure: you can arrive at your convenience at any time of day or night and, if traveling by car, the hotel has arrangements with a nearby garage to pick up and deliver your car, whenever necessary, upon request. The hotel staff is available 24 hours a day to help you use the Internet point, rent a car (even with driver), call a taxi, make reservations for performances, trains and planes, museum visits, excursions and, if need be, even medical assistance at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is served from 7:00 to 10:00 every morning in a large dining room and features a wide selection of sweet and salted foods, juices and an Italian espresso coffee bar. There is free room service for guests who prefer to eat breakfast in the privacy of their room.

How to reach the Hotel
By plane: Florence's Amerigo Vespucci Airport is 10 km from the city center. Take the "Vola in bus" shuttle and get off at the Santa Maria Novella train station. From here take bus no. 7 or 10 or no. 1 or 17 for Piazza San Marco. They run on Via Cavour, and at no. 25, you will find the Hotel Gioia. By Train: Hotel Gioia is 600 meters from Santa Maria Novella train station. We recommend taking bus no. 7 or no. 10 or no. 1 or 17 for Piazza San Marco. They run on Via Cavour, and at no. 25, you will find the Hotel Gioia. By Car: Coming from the south. Exit at "Firenze Sud" and follow the signs for the "centro". When you come to the traffic light at the end of Lungarno del Tempio, turn right. Continue to Piazza Beccaria, then take Viale Gramsci and Viale Matteotti to Piazza della Libertà. Circle the Piazza and take Via Cavour (last street on the right). Cross Piazza San Marco, continue on Via Cavour for another 100 meters. You have arrived and will find the hotel on your right, at no. 25. Coming from the north. Exit at "Firenze Nord" and follow the signs for the "centro". When you come to Fortezza da Basso, take Viale Lavagnini to Piazza della Libertà. At the second right, turn into Via Cavour. Cross Piazza San Marco, continue on Via Cavour for another 100 meters. You have arrived and will find the hotel on your right, at no. 25.
